Hervival is committed to providing exceptional services and maintaining transparency in our refund and cancellation policies. Please read the following terms carefully.

Coaching Session Refunds

Cancellations: You can reschedule or cancel any coaching session more than 8 hours ahead of the scheduled session by using the prompts found in your email confirmation. However, please note that no refunds will be provided if the session was previously confirmed. Emergency Situations: In case of an unexpected emergency, please contact us immediately by emailing info@hervival.co. We will do our best to assist you in such situations.

Coaching Services

No Refund Policy: We emphasize the importance of our no-refund policy for coaching services. However, in the event we cannot fulfill or provide services to you due to unforeseen life circumstances, and we are unable to serve you within 90 days, we reserve the discretion to discuss refund options. For clients who have made full payments, we may consider refunding 50% of the deposit for services not received, subject to our discretion. Payment Plans: Due to the nature of immediate access to our online resources, product deliveries, and coaching calls received, we cannot offer refunds for coaching services on payment plans.

Subscription Services

Platform Availability: Hervival will not issue a refund for any subscription fees paid for access to our subscription-based membership platform ("Platform").

Hervival Membership (Mobile App) Termination:

Annual Plans: If we terminate the Hervival Membership (solely the mobile app), and we are still hosting events that are a part of your membership, we will grant a refund based on the prorated rate of the remaining months that were paid. This refund will be applicable to those on annual plans. We will continue to provide access to events for the duration of your paid membership, if still hosted via Zoom or other similar platforms, along with offering a 1-hour free coaching call. Monthly Plans: For members who are on monthly plans for the app, we will not grant refunds. However, access to current events hosted in the month their membership was paid up to will still be available.
